The old RealignEMT website lacked integrated scheduling and payment solutions.
There was no clear user journey from learning about services → booking a class → completing payment.
The updated design needed to communicate the company’s flexibility and professionalism without overwhelming busy users.
Primary audience: healthcare professionals in Southern California. Time-constrained, goal-oriented users seeking quick scheduling and reliable training. Expect mobile-friendly, intuitive, no-friction booking.
Reviewed scheduling/payment tools and platforms (Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Shopify).
Calendly provided a more cost-effective scheduling embed than Acuity. Stripe or PayPal would be optimal for online payments. Square’s online payments were not suitable for Squarespace without in-person POS.
